Record the calculator name, mode, units, each input, displayed result and expected result. Include the equation or primary document supporting your correction, and the exact model and region for product data.

Do not include sensitive personal information in an appliance list or example.

Reproduce the issue, check units and assumptions, update the calculation or explanation, and add an appropriate regression test. Material changes are recorded in source control.
